- The spray chamber and its interior components are constructed of stainless steel.
- The spray chamber includes a stainless steel conveyor (see SC-06, SC-07 and SC-08) that moves the items from the feed table through the spray chamber and into the drying chamber.
- This conveyor is hinged so that the user can clean the spray chamber (see SC-08). The spray chamber also includes an adjustable height; adjustable flow spray head (see SC-05).
- The drying chamber is constructed from cold rolled steel with a baked on epoxy powder coated finish.
- The drying chamber includes a continual exhaust baffle system on the rear wall of the drying chamber.
- The drying chamber also includes two roller conveyors that are adjustable to allow the user to adjust the speed of the items moving from the spray chamber to the drying chamber.
- The drying chamber also includes removable drawers at the bottom of the drying chamber that allows for easy clean up.
- The drying chamber includes top hung, horizontally sliding doors made from laminated safety glass.
- These horizontally sliding doors allow the users access to the drying chamber and also allow the user to view the drying process without having to open the doors.
