Features of our new Research
& Development Building
- The facility was
designed and general contracted by New-TechTM
from the ground up to serve our clients needs to be
able to prototype, test and certify products
produced by New-TechTM.
- The first phase of construction
was 5,800 sq.ft. and was completed in May 2008.
- This facility is located on 1.6 acres of prime industrial land adjacent to
The Dow Chemical Company and Dow Corning Corporation
in Midland, MI.
- The Fume Hood and
Ventilated Enclosure fabrication shop allows for
mockup and testing of hoods that are up to 50 foot
wide and 18 foot high.
- A fully operational
exhaust system allows for independent ASHRAE 110
certification at our facility.
- The second phase of
construction added 3,920 sq.ft. of production area
and was completed in February 2012.
- Our Engineering and
Production departments are now located at our Research &
Development Building to allow for team integration
and quick turnaround for a hands on approached from
conception though project completion.
